For both booking and abstract submission you first need to create a login.
Click on register or submit an abstract and you will get this: 'Create a new account...Account Holder Information'
It is quite clever and knows that if you are a member of the society. It will fill in some of the details when it knows your email address.
Once this is done you can Submit an Abstract or Register for the tickets (All you need to know is your membership No.). Please note if you submit and don't register it always causes problems. If your attendance is conditional on receipt of a presentation then still register for the meeting, you don't have to pay there and then and can cancel if your conditions change. But it helps us if you do book.
As an additional help, if your administrators normally books for you, they can create a login and then book for you, without you needing to create a login. Great if they have lots to do. All they need is your membership no.
