Organisation and Member Data
Personal Contact information that has been provided voluntarily that is
not in the public domain is ONLY used on the myEventflo website/App and in myEventflo
related activities. myEventflo does not sell or release this information to
third parties without your permission. Members accept, agree
and give all associated permissions to myEventflo (Andrew Stuart), to contact and notify
the 'member', via direct email mailings, for the purposes of notification
of news, events and services that are relevent to the members
activities.
Account and associated data deletion
We will honour any requests to delete event registrations and accounts on myEventlfo. In the case
of events where payment has been made we will need to retain some information but can anonymise
personal information. Please make this request in writing to

myEventflo App
The myEventflo App displays event information to people registered for events run through
the myEventflo platform. This includes speaker, exhibitor and delegate information. Personal
contact details are not shown (email/phone) and contact between attendees is through our platform.
All attendees except speakers have an option to not display their profile or be listed in the app
and website. The App can produce a QRCode based on ticket and registration information and this
is used for badge scanning at the event entrance. Information may be sent to exhibitors where permissions
are given but this is not done through the App. No tracking or logging is done in the App.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that stores basic
information on a user's client computer and streamlines the user experience
during subsequent visits to the site. While the myEventflo employs an email address coookie to
partially fill in the login form. We will not sell or release this information without your permission.
