Prof Mike Raxworthy

Mike Raxworthy is Chief Executive of the medical technology company Neotherix. Prior to founding Neotherix in 2007, he spent 11 years with Smith & Nephew, and has also held positions with 3M Health Care and Pfizer, leading to 30 years’ experience in tissue repair and regenerative medicine - gained through academic and industrial roles. He holds a PhD from the University of Leeds and an MBA from Warwick Business School. Since 2009, he has combined the Neotherix CEO role with that of Operations Director of Regener8 (the Centre for Translational Regenerative Medicine). He has recently been awarded a RAEng Visiting Professorship at the University of Leeds.
