Clive Gilson

Clive has substantial experience as a senior AGILE Delivery leader, with strong emphasis on complex project & programme delivery, having worked on major software & infrastructure delivery programmes for over 15 years. Clive has specialised in the last few years in AGILE environments in both the commercial & public sectors, particularly on managing & supporting companies developing true Agile collaborative delivery models & environments (including conceptual & practical introduction of tribes, squads, chapters & guilds etc).

Clive has strong experience with broadcast & entertainment organisations, with Mobile Telco’s & in the Public Sector, having run programmes of work in value from £100k up to £25m with staffing levels from 5 up to 100 staff, typically with full P&L responsibility.
