ClearSky Medical Diagnostics is an early stage spin out from the Department of Electronics at the University of York that has developed a medical device to diagnosis and monitor Parkinson’s disease and related conditions. The technology combines off-the-shelf hardware with evolutionary algorithms in a match-box-sized device that is that is safe and easy to use, and promises to improve the quality of life of patients and save the NHS money.
