Ian Tracey

Ian is Head of Access to Funding & Finance at the Knowledge Transfer Network. In this role he helps companies to identify the most suitable form of funding; grants, investment, lending etc. to allow them to grow. Part of the team is responsible for the Venturefest Network. Ian is also the Secretary General for the CERN HEPTech, the IP network covering 26 institutes across 16 countries: connecting industry and researchers in Physics. Previously Ian was Head of Entrepreneurship at Science and Technology Facilities Council working with start up and early stage companies take their ideas from conception to implementation.
