A keen meddler of lean start-up methodologies she helps to challenge assumptions by testing minimum viable products (MVP) to reduce proof of concept (POC)/ R&D costs and make sure that the product, channel to market, price point and even customer are all right before significant investment is sought or committed.

Specialties: Public/private sector innovation/enterprise initiatives inc feasibility and management of incubators/accelerator programs, venture analysis, capital-raising, commercialisation of technology, private sector internal innovation competitions to identify high performing innovation teams, alignment and establishment of venture funds to start-up initiatives and incubators.

Interests include: health tech, blockchain, agri/bio "food to fork" and nutraceutical (she is a qualified nutritionist) - oh and even the space and defence industry!
