Kevin Baughan

Kevin's career has always been centred on the creation of new business opportunities from the application of cutting-edge technologies. In May 2014 he was therefore delighted to be appointed as the Director of Technology & Innovation at Innovate UK (previously known as the Technology Strategy Board).
Prior to this current role, Kevin held a number of key leadership positions within Virgin Media, most recently focused on Broadband Big Data and on the development of their Metro Wireless propositions - including the acclaimed roll-out of WiFi on the London Underground in time for the 2012 Olympic Games.
