Celia Marr

After graduation, Celia remained in Glasgow and completed a Masters and PhD. She then studied equine cardiology and internal medicine at the New Bolton Center, Pennsylvania and subsequently held positions at the University of Cambridge Veterinary School, Valley Equine Hospital, and the Royal Veterinary College. Celia is an Honorary Professor of the University of Glasgow, Editor of the Equine Veterinary Journal and Deputy Chair of the Veterinary Advisory Committee of the Horserace Betting Levy Board. Celia has chaired the Credentials Committee and Examination Committee of the European College of Equine Internal Medicine and currently chair its Advanced Training Advisory Committee. This year, she is chair of BEVA’s Congress Committee.
