Profile of Catriona Lyle
Catriona spent three years in private practice before returning to Edinburgh to complete a residency in equine medicine as an HBLB clinical scholar. She gained the RCVS certificate in equine internal medicine in 2010 followed by European Diploma in equine internal medicine in 2011. During her residency Catriona completed a Master’s degree investigating sudden death in Thoroughbred racehorses. She joined the Onderstepoort Equine Clinic in South Africa in 2011. Interests: Professionally Catriona enjoys cardiology and infectious disease research.
