Profile of Dr Vyacheslav Yurchenko

Dr. Vyacheslav Yurchenko is an Associate professor and the head of the laboratory of Molecular Protozoology (Life Science Research Centre, University of Ostrava, Czech Republic). After receiving his PhD in molecular biology from Moscow State University, he was trained in some top research institutions in the United States before setting up his lab in Europe. Dr. Yurchenko has co-authored over 60 peer-reviewed papers to date.
