This article analyses the civic shift in business practices of Ukrainian-orientated enterprises and its implications for Ukraine's ongoing recovery and EU accession. By examining the roles of entrepreneurs, transnational business networks, and the involvement of (forced) migrants within them, it offers insights that can guide policy and practice to bolster Ukraine’s resilience amid war and throughout the EU integration process. It identifies business actors active in this field since 2022 and analyses their motivations and practices. The article argues that transnational businesses and entrepreneurs that engage in civic and social efforts in Ukraine are becoming key stakeholders in Ukraine’s European integration.
