The report is devoted to the study of the communicative personality of government representatives in Kazakhstan, namely ministers and heads of departments within social media platforms. The focus is on analyzing their public communication, ways of establishing contact with the audience and personal branding strategies. The study will consider the following: the degree of openness and accessibility to citizens; communication strategies and audience engagement in social networks; methods of maintaining authenticity and transparency; the role of empathy and adaptability in building trust; the influence of social networks on the perception of the government and on creating a more personalized connection with society. Special attention is given to a comparative analysis of the activity levels across various government agencies and the extent of their engagement with the population.
