Discussion
The new phase of global transformation refers to the long-term evolution in the international order, characterized by systemic reforms among major powers and the general progression of inter-state relations. Notably, since the end of the Cold War, a new global transformation pattern has emerged, and then a profound "re-transformation" surfaced at the turn of the century. In the aftermath of major crises, such as the Russia-Ukraine conflict, global transformation is entering an unprecedented new stage. The changes in trilateral relations among China, the United States, and Russia have become a critical lens through which to examine global transformation and assess the impacts on overall stability and global shifts.
