Over the past decade, the world order appears to be at an impasse. Competition between major powers, especially among China, the United States, and Russia, has intensified. Each side views itself as a victim, yet none can escape the vicious cycle of confrontation. Relations between these powers seem to be forming a chain of suspicion, where every word and action from the other side is interpreted as hostile and aggressive. In response to this vicious cycle, the most optimistic hope of the international community is for it to become more controllable and predictable. From 2022 to 2024, China, Russia, and the United States have each chosen their future leaders. Under their guidance, will confrontations between the major powers intensify further, or will they be relatively managed? How will the domestic political factors of these powers influence their behavior on the global stage?
