We are in the 3rd year of war in Ukraine since the cruel invasion of the dictator, terrorist and fascist V.V. Putin. His speaker said in the beginning of the war, that there is no own culture and language in Ukraine, and Ukrainin is not a state of its own. Theat reminds me on Hitlers speech 1938 in Munich. More fascism is not possible. More than 32,000 victims in Ukraine, more than 800 children have been killed.The war aims to destroy not only the civil infrastructure, but also cultural and educational infrastructure. There are numerous filtration centres, comparable to the German concentration camps in World War II. The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrant against V.V. Putin and his defence minister S. Shoigu. Various mass graves were found in Ukraine. Together with 4 colleagues from 4 regions of Ukraine we are planning a panel or round table to discuss the situation in Ukraine and in Crimea. According to the Constitution of Ukraine Crimea a part of Ukraine. the 4 speakers come from 4 regionns in Ukraine, one comes from the Police Acady if Odessa and one is the director of Prosecutors Training Centre in Kyiv.

If one applies the legal framework for war crimes and the proctiond if the citizens and civil infrastructure then there is a seamless match.

The list of war crimes in the Ukraine and Crimea shows that V.V. Putin has distanced himself not only from the own Constitution, but from the world community and wants to destroy two peoples, the Crimean Tatars and the Ukrainians, together with their rich culture and history.

Historical parallels are obvious.
