Content: Wellcome, like many other funders in the UK, has made strong commitments to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion work by pledging itself to becoming an inclusive funder, supporting inclusive research, and being an inclusive employer. This short talk will highlight Wellcome’s goals and approach in this area, some recent work we have done, as well as some difficult questions for the future.
