Discussion

In view of an increasing debate within the academic community about reliability, validity, transparency and other aspects and challenges related to research data quality, especially in the context of the Russian Aggression against Ukraine, this contribution presents the main idea and the core functionalities of the "Discuss Data” platform. Discuss Data is a repository to archive, share and discuss research data on Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia. It goes beyond ordinary research data repositories as it combines research data management with a discussion platform for the quality assessment of research data in one place.
