Russia's war against Ukraine has created a new landscape that provided the brand of Ukrainian democracy with the new features and attributes. The memes, the wartime art, the narratives form a new perception of the Ukrainian democracy brand globally. The new features and attributes of the Ukrainian democracy brand includes the pack of particular values, which can enable more profound implementation of democratic instruments in Ukraine in general. The study of the correlation between the development trends of different factors of democracy in Ukraine (based on the data from the Economist Democracy Index) show that political culture trend in Ukraine remains quite autonomous. This means the Ukrainian democracy is basically represented by the institutional dimension and lacks complete implementation of the values package of democracy as such. But the Russia's war against Ukraine introduced a brilliant opportunity for Ukraine to complete the democratic implementation by adding the values dimension to the institutional one. This also hints at the basic problem of failing democracies elsewhere, when the democratic transit struggles to be fully passed while not grounded on the particular values package.
