Discussion

Russia's large-scale military invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 initiated a new stage in the war that Moscow has been waging in that country since 2014 and has been the catalyst for re-evaluations of Russia and its place in the world. In this roundtable discussion, scholars of Russian foreign and security policy discuss that lessons that they are drawing from this war, focussing on Russia's relations with specific countries and regions of the world as well as Moscow's use of key foreign policy instruments.
