The new stage of Russian war against Ukraine has changed a lot even for the situation of Russian state-owned enterprises. Most of them fell under the sanction regimes that aimed to complicate their functioning abroad. However, these companies adopted several sanction evasion strategies that should help them to operate. The paper therefore aims at mapping and systemizing the sanction evasion strategies of Russian state-owned enterprises after February 2022 in relation to their foreign activities. As a result, the paper deals with the effects of the sanction regime on the Russian state-owned companies, such as Rosneft, Gazprom or Alrosa especially compared to their situation in the period before the new stage of the Russian invasion to Ukraine began.
