Abstract

Automated systems enable researchers to generate data in quantity and quality to enable ‘design build test learn’ cycles, where the human hands on time is minimized, so that virtual computational designs are less limited by the practicalities of wet work experimentation. Novo Nordisk, and other groups have been working towards these goals, and ongoing efforts will be presented leading towards a potential goal of human ‘out of the loop’ (or at least minimized!) experimental optimization.
