The ALBORADA Drug Discovery Institute (ADDI) is a group at the University of Cambridge with core funding from Alzheimer's Research UK to carry out drug discovery against the diseases that cause dementia. We work with academics from around the world to explore new targets and mechanisms against a range of diseases. We look to partner our projects early with commercial organisations and other funders, building 3-way relationships between ourselves, our academic collaborators and groups with the potential to further develop our findings. I will review a number of different models for collaboration and partnership giving examples from the ADDI portfolio.
