Objective

West-Life is a H2020 project that builts virtual research environment to be used in integrative structural biology use cases. The web portal integrates currently existing services via a "Virtual Folder" - a view on scattered data aggregating public or private data storages together to be used for analysis, processing and discovery in structural data of proteins. Its' ambition is to enable integrative approach in protein structure analysis and determination involving multiple techniques (X-ray crystallography, NMR spectroscopy, cryo-electron microscopy, etc.) and related software tools.
