Discussion

In 2013 I spent six months living in Kenya and Malawi with the aim of developing some new collaborations making people aware of the work we do. As the initial interactions have developed I have learned lots of new ways of interacting with differences sectors of the public and scientific communities and seen the impact this can have. I will share some of the approaches we have developed, own up to what has and hasn’t worked and show why it can be important and where it can lead.
