Abstract

Talk will discuss the benefits of switching from a human-led design approach to an automated AI generative design approach. The Exscientia workflow to drug design will be shared, and more details around the various generative design techniques discussed. In addition to modernising the design approach, the talk will share the way we are identifying the best molecules to prioritise towards Candidate Selection. This will include predicting human dosing using Exscientia Centaur Chemist®.
