BSP Spring Meeting 2018
WormBase ParaSite
Where: 12
WormBase ParaSite aims to be the go-to resource for helminth genomic data. Seven years on from the start of the project, we now host data for nearly 200 nematode and platyhelminth genomes.

Feel free to book a meeting with us to learn more about the resource, tell us about new data or find out how our tools can help you in your project.

Alternatively, join us on Friday afternoon for our WormBase ParaSite workshop (featuring some talks about the resource, and some hands on exercises). Feel free to join for the whole workshop, or just to drop in for the sessions that interest you:

11am - An introduction to WormBase ParaSite

11.30am - Data mining with BioMart (a short introduction and practical exercises)

12pm - WormBase ParaSite tips and tricks (covering: accessing expression and phenotype data, what you can do with API, answers to our most common help-desk questions)

12.30pm - Drop in session. The team will be available to answer any questions you have.
