Learn Russian in the European Union is a provider of customized Russian study abroad programs to US and European universities and government institutions.
We work in Daugavpils, Latvia. Our academic programs are hosted at Daugavpils University.
For undergraduate students, Learn Russian in the EU offers academic year, semester, winter and summer study abroad programs:

For graduate students with particular academic and research interest in the Russian language, literature, culture, and history, Learn Russian in the EU offers bespoke one-on-one programs all year round.
Daugavpils is a Russian-language enclave and the largest Russian-speaking city in the European Union and NATO. In Daugavpils, 80% of people speak Russian as their native language and Russian is the primary language of everyday communication.
