Mr Eric Wagner

Eric Wagner graduated from GCU in 1990 with a BSC (Hons) in Applied Biology, he then underwent a year’s postgraduate training at Strathclyde University in Immunological and Molecular Techniques. He then acquired extensive training and research expertise in Immunology, Molecular biology and Cancer working for CRUK from 1991-1998 and the University of Glasgow Department of Neurology from 1998-2005. Eric then transitioned into industry and worked for a CRO from 2005 until 2014. There Eric was responsible for establishing and running the antibody production facility, product management and client interactions. In 2014, Eric founded The Antibody Company/TAC, a CMO specialising in the manufacture of antibodies for commercial use. Clients range from academics through to therapeutic antibody development. Two core strengths of TAC are a commitment to quality, TAC gained ISO9001:2015 accreditation in 2016 and a commitment to research and development. Eric has over 10 peer-reviewed publications and has filed one patent.
