Dr Emily Offer

I am a Lead Scientist at Medicines Discovery Catapult, leading the Complex Cell Model Analysis group. Our aim is to work with our customers and collaborators to help build translational evidence for their novel medicines, with models that are more representative of human disease to guide development to the clinic. I am a molecular and cellular immunology, with my academic background building stem cell derived cell models of disease and development of phenotypic analysis assays. Following my PostDoc I worked at MedImmune working on monoclonal antibody therapeutic projects for a wide range of diseases including immune oncology, inflammation and metabolic diseases. I moved to Redx Pharma to work as a Principal Scientist and Project Leader, developing small molecule targets for immune diseases and fibrosis.
