Thomas Knapp

Thomas has been with Sapphire since October 2002 coming from a background of Enterprise financial software installations and support whilst working for System Union (now Infor). Thomas originally joined Sapphire concentrating on technical installations and system trouble-shooting. He has since moved into a more strategic role which sees him working closely in technical pre-sales, design and management of internal systems and responsible for understanding new technologies to be adopted by Sapphire. Thomas in his spare time is a keen climber and cyclist. In 2010 Thomas began a part time BA in Politics, Philosophy and History at Birkbeck College (University of London) which he will complete in 2014.
