Howard Neal is Head of Web Services at the CAA, which currently includes our website, intranet, SharePoint and other collaboration service such as Huddle. Providing the CAA with a technical, business and user support service to ensure that the CAA gets best value from the investment in these products and services. Howard has worked for the CAA for a number of years and has an extensive knowledge of the business, the regulations and the needs of the CAA customers. His rounded business experience allows Howard to bridge the gap between the operational business areas and the technology products and suppliers to provide solutions that meet internal and external needs.
