James Penfold

James is Head of Web Experience Product Management in EMEA for Akamai. James brings over 20 years of relevant experience to this role gained whilst working at Salesforce.com, Siebel Systems and Oracle Corporation. Prior to joining Akamai, James was Senior Director, Product Management at Oracle Corporation and was responsible for the company's Customer Experience products in EMEA.
