Imran Malik

Imran has more than 13 years of national and international experience in telecom strategy, business process reengineering and transformation program management. Imran excels at defining, modifying, and implementing Portfolio Management methodologies, processes, standards, best practices, and establishing governance frameworks. Graduate in Electrical Engineering with Masters in Project Management. Imran holds elite project, program and process management certifications including PMP, PgMP, OPM3, Six Sigma and eTOM. Imran is adept at delivering the right solution to an organization having a successful track record with companies like Petrofac Engineering, Schlumberger, Emaar, King Abdullah Economic City and now with Emirates Integrated Telecoms Company known as du. As a Director with du, Imran has successfully led process improvements, build cost effective outsourcing models and delivered telecom transformation programs in the region. Imran is a regional expert in building PMO's and telecom services operational model he has particular strengths in transforming network operations to eTOM framework grade. Whilst employed with du, Imran served as Program Manager, Senior Manager and Director. In these positions, he managed people and programs to successfully achieve delivery with significant cost savings. Imran was able to deliver improvements in the Network development area and create business management systems aligning with ITIL & TL9000. Imran is recipient of two global international project management awards by IPMA. Furthermore he is an active member of PMI Global Executive Council also serves on the Advisory Board of the PMI
