Abstract

The Biochemical and Cellular Assay facility develops and provides full biochemical and cellular assay support both to the DDD platform projects medicinal chemists and to the platforms antibody facility. The facility is well equipped with state of the art equipment for nanoliter dispensing of small molecules and water based solution. The facility has well-equipped facility for cell cultivation and also provides pre-clinical, in vitro toxicology assays and in silico predictions for the different projects at the platform.We present two examples of cellular methods used in different projects to validate the data from the primary biochemical assay. For project one, an antibody project, we use xCELLigence System and for project two, a small molecule project, we use a NanoBRET assay.
