Abstract

Based on our extensive pharmaceutical research expertise, Nuvisan has established a comprehensive functional genomics platform to support drug discovery programs for various therapeutic areas. Together with our partners, we use CRISPR/Cas and Next Generation and Single Cell Sequencing to identify and validate as well as deconvolute novel drug targets. Moreover, we build model systems and identify and quantify pharmacodynamic biomarkers. These activities are supported by our in-house expert bioinformatics services.
