Abstract

The development and results of three complementary screens (arrayed CRISPR, pooled genome wide CRISPR and chemogenomics library) in primary T cells and will cover key areas of workflow optimisation plus results obtained. The talk will close with some key learnings and recommendations for target identification and hit confirmation for all three type of screens.
