Abstract

Understanding human neurobiology for identification and validation of novel drug targets or testing and optimising of novel therapeutics is a key activity to provide novel solutions to the patients. The iPSC technology is currently advanced to derive multiple cell types of the brain in 2D and 3D cultures. To standardise these often repetitive and time-consuming activities, we established an iPSC automation platform in UCB.
