Abstract

In this presentation Boehringer Ingelheim’s approach to cope with the challenge of efficient data generation by the introduction of innovative systems will be described. Unique Systems for the ultrafast analysis of samples (>1Mio) as well as a highly efficient “non-copy and paste” workflow and the routine application of tablet applications to be paperless in the lab will be presented. In BI’s novel approach with the fully automated and workflow embedded iBA (intelligent Bioanalysis system) we combined in a modular way state-of-the-art tools to a highly efficient platform for modern bioanalysis. Further first AI and AR approaches will be described – BI’s journey towards Lab4.0.
