Our StoragePod and MultiPod product lines have been proven to provide excellent storage conditions. They stop the problems associated with moisture absorption into DMSO and also the need for damaging freeze thaw cycles. Compound activity levels are very well maintained at room temperature conditions. These products can even be used to reverse the effects of DMSO moisture absorption.
Our products are highly relevant to the storage and handling of acoustic dispenser (Labcyte EHCO®) plates. Stopping and even reversing the very rapid effects of DMSO moisture absorption that is typically seen with them that can lead to compound falling out of solution.
Our product range provides starting options for the storage of a few tens of microplates or tube racks at a low cost. Being modular our products can scale up in increments to meet increasingly larger storage needs. For example, around 5,000 microplates (or an equivalent number of tube racks) can be accommodated in a single MultiPod system.
